Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The candle must be in its original packaging.
Non Returnable Item
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Used or partially burned candles
- Custom or personalized candle orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (e.g., digital gift cards, candle care guides)
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
For safety reasons, we also do not accept returns for:
- Products exposed to extreme heat, flames, or hazardous materials after purchase
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- Photos of the item in its current condition (if applicable)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any candle not in its original packaging
- Any item that shows signs of use or burning
- Any return initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:
- Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Rejected: We will explain the reason and return the item to you (shipping charges may apply).
Late of missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before refunds are posted.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Bhiwadi Rajasthan.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.
